I built this for my own town first.
Events in Vacaville is my local events site. It gets 750–1,000 visitors a month, and I run it with the same automation and local SEO work I now offer to local businesses. Here's what that looks like.

Hours of flyer typing became five minutes of review.
The problem. Most local events arrive as flyers. Typing each one in by hand took 5 to 10 minutes, so a batch of 20 to 30 flyers ate 100 to 300 minutes of my week.
The fix. I built an AI intake tool that reads each flyer, fills in the event details and flags anything it isn't sure about. I tuned it until it was right far more often than not, then kept myself in the loop to approve each event.
The result. A batch now takes me about 5 minutes of review, and accuracy went from 79% to 98%.
- ~5 min for 20–30 flyers, down from 100–300
- 79% → 98% accuracy
No more important emails lost in the noise.
The problem. Most email to the site is spam or newsletters. Mixed in were corrections from organizers and questions from locals, and I missed some of them.
The fix. Incoming email is now sorted automatically. Each kind of message goes to its own workflow, a reply is drafted, and I get a notification when something needs me. Nothing is sent without my approval.
The result. The messages that matter reach me quickly, with a draft reply ready.
Staying on Google after the event ends.
The problem. People search for recurring things like the CreekWalk summer concerts all year, but Google kept ranking a page for one night's event. When that event ended, the traffic disappeared with it.
The fix. I built an SEO dashboard to spot these searches, then created permanent pages for the CreekWalk concert series and for Andrews Park that stay useful between events.
The result. Searchers land on a page that is always current instead of an expired event. This is the same local SEO work I do for businesses.
